Who we are
This is an independent service provided free of charge for the purpose of finding a partner for the 4 Vallées Ambassador Offer. It has no affiliation with the pass operator. For privacy questions, contact privacy@skiparrainage.com
What we collect
We only require the minimum information that is necessary for matchmaking and post-match contact: your name, email address, and your role (Ambassador or Referee); additional information requested at registration is optional, and is used only to improve the service: your phone number, nationality, preferred language and resort.
How we use your data
We use your data to place you in the matching queue, pair you with a partner, and let you contact each other once you have both accepted a match. Your email and phone number are never shown to another participant before you have both accepted.
Information shared with your match
During the matching process we show your first name and nationality (if provided) to your prospective match. Only after both parties have confirmed the match will we then share your contact details (full name, email and phone number if provided).
How long we keep your data
We will keep your data for the duration of the season you registered for and a short period afterwards. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
Your rights (GDPR / Swiss FADP)
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. You can exercise most of these directly from your account page, or by contacting us at privacy@skiparrainage.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
